Water Can Services

Price per water can = Rs 50/- + GST extra per can

Dispenser = Rs 150/- + GST (No return after purchase)

Can damages charges = Rs 200/- per can

DELIVERY

The tenant can book the water cans directly through the website.

Caretaker will deliver the water cans to your doorstep within the below time slots, please plan in advance :

1) You will be able to book 1 can at a time. So if in case you want 2 cans , please book twice in the app.

2) You will be able to return the cans without actually making a new water can booking in the app.

3) You are allowed to retain maximum of 2 cans with you at all times as a balance.

4) In an ideal case , you will return 1 empty water can and receive a new water can.

    However , If in case , you wish to only receive 1 new can , and return the empty can later on , it is possible on a condition that you do not retain more than 2 cans as a balance with you.

5) Please ensure you sign in the physical registry book as well as the caretaker app every time you receive OR return cans.

6) DO NOT pay to the caretaker or any other ground staff directly.

HOUSEKEEPING

Via 3rd party agency.

Charges are ₹330 + GST per slot (40 minutes per slot)

Terms & Conditions

1) The service should be availed at the risk of the tenant. Neither the 3rd party agency nor KOTS will take responsibility or indemnify the tenant for any losses.

2) 30 days Managed services @ ₹2,800 + GST/30 days for Studios & 1BHKs . 30 days Managed services @ ₹5,000 + GST/30 days for 2BHKs & 2.5BHKs

3) The service covers the below:

- 6 days a week housekeeping (toilet, dishes, sweeping and mopping)

- Dedicated time slot (maximum 40 minutes) for Studios & 1BHKs, Dedicated time slot (maximum 80 minutes) for 2BHKs & 2.5BHKs.

- There is no pro-rata charge if you miss to avail the service any given day.

- Please ensure you will segregate the wet & Dry waste into the respective dustbins. Housekeeping staff will not collect the unsegregated waste from your flat.

- If you wish to retain the same slot next 30 days as well, please book in prior.

4) Cancellation - NOT available after scheduling in case if you miss to avail the slot.

5) Housekeeping slots are allocated based only on availability.

6) Allocated slots cannot be modified or altered.

7) Housekeeping time slot shall not exceed 40 minutes per slot at any condition.

8) Housekeeping staff will automatically exit your flat after the time limit.

9) Housekeeping staff/ Care Taker are not responsible for the scheduling job. All scheduling shall be done by the Central Operations team.

10) One housekeeping staff will be allocated per slot.

11) Housekeeping staff will carry their tools and cleaning agents. You may instruct them to use your tools too.

12) Housekeeping service activities only include dishes, sweeping, moping, bathroom, windows, walls and dusting. Please instruct the staff with your priority of tasks. In your absence, you may request the caretaker to instruct the staff on your priority, however, he will not monitor their work. Hence we suggest you choose the slot when you are available in the house.

13) The staff can refuse the tasks outside of the scope.

14) Housekeeping activities of cleaning delicate items and appliances should be monitored by the tenant and the housekeeping staff shall not bear the responsibility for the damages caused.

15) Housekeeping staff can avail Public Holidays & 1 sick leave within 30 days

16) You are free to assign tasks within the scope based on your preference.

17) You may take the help of the caretaker to report any problems w.r.t the staff. If he is unable to help , please drop us an email at [email protected].

VEHICLE WASH

- Vehicle Wash is a 30 days service.

- There is no pro-rata charge if you miss to avail the service any given day.

Charges

- CAR wash @ Rs 600 per 30 days + 18% GST

- BIKE wash @ Rs 350 per 30 days + 18% GST

Scope of cleaning

- No shampoo/water wash/Interior cleaning.

- The caretaker will use wet and dry cloth to clean the exterior of the vehicle every alternate day.

FOOD SERVICE

All orders placed for food subscription, cannot be cancelled/updated/altered/paused including date change and refund.

Tenants agree to receive communications from Kots.

No customization of the menu or content inside the food box.

Promotions and discounts are subject to terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

All deliveries will happen at the security desk only.

If there is any spillage/damage/missing items to the packing it should be immediately notified to the caretaker, before collecting the parcel. Once the parcel is collected, the food vendor shall not take any responsibility or liability.

The food is made by a verified , qualified and a licensed supplier and is cooked in batches for a large volume. Therefore, if you are allergic to any item, hence order at your own risk.

Kots Daily Services Pvt Ltd, is only enabler of the food service and has no role or responsibility and liability for any incidents and accidents.

Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather, therefore no refunds or cancellations are not provided for the same.

In case of failed payments, service will be paused until payment is confirmed.

Kots can also suspend or terminate a customer's account if they violate the terms of service.
