Rent is prepaid and it should be cleared on the 1st of every month. However, the last day to clear the rent payment is on 5th of every month to avoid late payment fees.(2) What payment methods are accepted for rent payments?
Payment Gateway accepts Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or any other means allowed by the payment gateway.(3) Are there any additional charges apart from the monthly rent?
Yes, utilities are as per your usage and apart from that any additional services are availed will be chargeable.
